Support Chapter 5 by becoming a member!  You can join DAV-5 by becoming a lifetime member in the national organization.  Currently, the membership fee $300 for anyone 79 and under. Eighty and over are free.

 

You can also make quarterly payments.  You’ll find the application form here. Complete the form and mail it to the address on the form.  Want to pay cash?  Bring the completed form into Chapter 5 with your money and we’ll cut a check to DAV national.

 

Joining DAV helps DAV-5.  We receive an annual appropriation from the national organization for every member we have.  Your indicating DAV-5 as your chapter preference helps us on financially.
